  This bank is by far the nicest, friendliest, and the most accommodating bank I've ever had the privilege of joining. Super reliable service, and extremely helpful. I've personally seen one of the bank managers, Jeremy Howell, on several occasions and he treats me like family every single time and even knows my name when I walk in the door! Don't be fooled by any of these "bad reviews", Mr. Justin Hunt's review below doesn't even make sense. The ATM was simply moved over to lane 1 so the sun wouldn't damage the screen anymore. Nice observation skills there Justin. Do yourself a favor and join ACU of Texas, head to this particular branch, request to see Jeremy Howell, and see if you aren't immediately more satisfied with their customer service and knowledge.

  Honestly over the years this company has just become worse. Closing many branches, Never any other ATM locations near, Im always getting charged extra pull out my money when there isn't a ACU ATM (which 95% of the time there isnt one). The credit card doesn't have really any perks, I ended up stop using it. Also had family leave because of this and other loan issues. Im at the point where Im going to pull out and just going somewhere else. Been feed up after years of being with this company gradually giving less. The people who work there are amazing and likely is what keeping them alive.

  I signed up for my account to be deny my funds once it reaches zero so I don't get in the negatives. It went in the negative and got a "courtesy" 30 dollar fee. 19 dollars to 49. I'm tired of banks. I want to look at digital money options. And I do not like there's a fee to deposit change so I stopped.

  I’ve been banking with ACU for many years. But just recently I went in with questions on an auto loan I didn’t know much about. Jeremy Howell explained the whole process and gave me the tools I needed to get a great auto loan. He even went above and beyond by recommending a dealership that I ended up purchasing my car from. He was an enormous help through out this whole process and I couldn’t be happier with his customer service, I would highly recommend.

  This branch is my go to ! The branch managers are great and always of assistance through any financial matter. Jeremy was the best with helping me purchase my first car through the awesome loan programs they offer. ACU of Texas will always have my top vote when it comes to credit unions . I love spreading the word to all of my family/friends. Thank you for your loyal service !

  If you’re looking for the Friendliest staffed and most hassle free banking experience. Than look no further, Pearland Associated Credit Union has you covered. Everything from car loans, refinancing, credit card consolidation, and holiday loans! They’ve got it all ! I’ve been a member for 15+ years and never have I experienced, the level of expertise the ACU produces daily! The tellers are always friendly and helpful with explaining your finances. And the branch managers are always eager to assist. Jeremy, was delightfully festive and accommodating.

  I have been with ACU for probably 7 or 8 years and for the most part never had an issue with them until the last year. When they switched to the new MasterCard debit cards it took them 2 tries to send them to the right address and then the system to activate them was messed up, requiring people to go to the branch office and set up the new PIN numbers. Then, we happened to be late on our CC payment by a week so our debit cards were turned off in addition to the CC. That means we had no access to our money for the entire weekend. I called them on a Saturday to make the payment and was told we could use the card after 24 hours. Nope, they never worked...not even at the ATM. I also don’t like that every time I call them, it’s at least. 30 minute wait. I think they should consider expanding the member access center and representatives that can assist customers over the phone. As a night shift worker, I am not always available to go to the branch because I sleep during the day.

  I came in five minutes before closing to set up my new account, only to find out for some reason I only had a savings account. I honestly did not expect them to help me with bank closing so soon, but Juan took care of the situation immediately and set up my account. Very happy to have kind, trustworthy people handling my money.

  Compared to other ACUTX locations, or really any other bank, this location is horrible. Significantly longer waits due to poor service and overall poor design. I spent several times as long waiting to withdraw cash than I did at other locations depositing a check, withdrawing cash and replacing a lost debit card in one trip.

  Staff are kind and helpful. However, we requested for the new card that was sent to our old address. It was resent again to the same old address. Until now, we have not received the new card and they said it will be delivered next week. So it means, the debit card that we requested took them a month to process it.
