  I have opened my account here. Sergio is wonderful. He is from the very beginning, welcoming, professional , helpful and always willing to help. The manager, AManda is also awesome. I had a problem with my checking account and she called and emailed me and communicated internally to rectify the situation. Sergio is an amazing employee there. THis bank definitely is the BEST BANK OUT THERE in kenosha!!!

  Literally no appreciation for their loyal customers. Terrible service. Do not recommend this bank at all. Can’t wait to officially close my account.

  Very wonderful experience, wish I would have switched banks years ago. The nice gentleman who assigned me was extremely helpful,and he has called me to see how I've been doing with my accounts and if I needed any help or had any questions. I would recommend Associated Bank to anyone who is looking for a great place to Bank. I'm happier now even if they are only 2 branches in town then I was with my previous bank even if they have 4 branches. Sincerely, Karen Lindsey

  I try depositing $1,030 cash on to my card using their Atm and the atm couldn’t process all of it so it took $600 from me. I went inside and asked about it and they told me they couldn’t do anything and to call my bank. I called my bank and they said that they should’ve given me the money back because it’s their Atm and all failed processes have to be returned to the customer. I then went back and told them this and they said the same thing. I do believe that this is because my black boyfriend was with me and the whole time the banker was giving him a dirty look. I will be suing for theft AND discrimination.

  I can't get an appointment because they say there's no locations near me. I put in the exact address of the branch four miles from my house, and it says no locations near me. Clearly they don't want new business.

  Online banking goes down once a month. You need better IT people. I'm talking my business some place else
