  There was a minor plumbing issue on the washer. However, plumber cannot find the main water valve to turn off water to unit and replace faucet. I contacted Jackie at the HOA management. At the beginning, she also did not know the location. But she got to the bottom of it and find the location by sending other crew in her team. I really appreciate her passion and hard work.

  Helpful HOA manager, Mariam Poklong. He quickly resolve our issue within 24 hours, and it was not an easy issue. He is friendly and responsive. I had a good experience with him and this HOA. (they have resolved my other issue last year as well)

  I have spoken with Tyler Fox several times. He has answered my questions and resolved my condo issues promptly. Tyler is professional and very friendly. He takes care of business and always has time for a bit of friendly conversation.

  I called Associa regarding a plumbing problem in a upstairs unit causing a water leak into my unit. I received an immediate reply from a most competent man, Tyler Fox, who very efficiently helped by filling out the required paperwork and arranging for a plumber to call and repair the work.
