  My experience with ASE Mortgage, was a great experience. My agent (Melissa Hill) is the best in the business. She was always prompt to respond to emails and answer phone calls. She was very knowledgeable of the process and was always 3 steps ahead in every phase. She always kept good communication with me on the progress of my loan.   My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Hill and the other team members at ASE Credit Union to secure a mortgage on our new home. Melissa was a great mix of personal and professional. Going through the mortgage and house buying journey is not always smooth sailing and she helps you through the rainy times see a rainbow at the end. Face it finding a house much less buying one is stressful these days! She was extremely helpful in getting preapproved and giving us tips and advice throughout the mortgage and homebuying experience. Also, we were wowed by her responsiveness - on sick days, vacations and after hours. Truly devoted to her job. Loving my ASE Credit Union experience.   I really enjoyed using ASECU to go through the Refinance process, specifically Melissa. The rates were very competitive and I was led through the process with incredible response to any questions or concerns I had.   Melissa hill was great to work with, she was so so helpful, very fast to respond to all questions. I have already recommend her several times. The whole process was very pain free. She had our best interests in mind the whole time and got us the loan with no money down and zero cost at closing. I never imagined the loan process would be so easy.
