  This was my first time using ASE for a loan and I have to say Gerald Steele and Grady Brannon made my experience very simple and pleasant. The whole process was completed in a reasonable timeframe and I ended up getting a GREAT interest rate on my new Tahoe!! Thanks, Brian J.

  have been a customer for over 5 years with no issues until this last week. They closed a checking account that I have had for some time without any type of notification via email, mail or phone call. On top of this, I found out that the account was closed when I tried to use the card and could not get into my online account. When I called to get details on why the account had been closed, I was given the complete run around, and up to this very moment, I STILL have no clue why my account was closed without notification. To add to this, the individual who needs to answer these questions has been off the entire week. Apparently only one person in the whole bank system deals with customers on these issues. I would not dare recommend ASECU after the experience I have had these past few days.

  Grady helped our business open up a brand new business account quickly and effortlessly. The business accounts are fairly new and require time and paperwork, however, the process was seamless and we are very pleased to be with this bank after a bad experience with a competitor. We are over the moon with our experience and are excited to establish a long and happy relationship with Grady, Kelly & all the wonderful people at ASE. Thank again guys!

  I’ve been a member at ASE for a few years now. I originally joined the one in Clanton Alabama When I lived up their. Once I moved to Montgomery I started using this location. I am self employed and get paid by personal checks from my clients. I use to be able to pull up to the drive through and just deposit my checks and they be in my account With in minutes. Just so happens last week they tell me I have to wait two Business days before my money would be available. Now to remind you they’ve been cashing my checks for two months now! And the only in Clanton would just deposit them in my account with no hold! To make things even worse the Teller told me to go to the bank that’s on the check!! I’m like how rude is that when I come here every week and the same teller deposit the check in my account and make it available Right then... I’m thinking about closing all of my accounts... My husband and daughter are thinking they will close their accounts when I do

  They keep changing their loan policies and skip payments. I started a new job and would like a little bit of cushion for this month. I have over a 700 credit score. But rough times happen and the skip payment are designed for those times... Not times when the bank thinks I should be struggling. They would rather take then help. They will be losing me as a customer.

  I normally like this credit union, even though I'm no longer a member, but today I got the rudest customer service rep. She said she was at the call center in Wetumpka and was of absolutely no help. In the past, I dealt with reps at the branch off of Perry Hill Rd, and they are all always friendly and polite, even when they had to give me news I didn't particularly want to hear, lol. The lady I spoke with today needs to take lessons from those ladies in Montgomery because she is severely lacking any type of phone etiquette or courtesy. Plus she was loud.

  I applied for a loan on 3/28/19. I called on 4/2/19 and I was told someone was working on my application and that I would be contacted the next day. I waited another day and finally called and asked to speak with the person working on my application. I was told that my VM was full and that she couldn’t get in touch with me. I spoke with the lady and submitted further documentation needed. I waited another week and decided to go into the branch myself. I waited in the waiting area only to find out that you have to go up front. While standing in line, a gentleman walked in and he sat down. I was told by the bank teller that the lady would be with me in a few moments. Then, the gentleman who walked in was immediately seen by none other, the person I needed to see. Furthermore, a lady walked in and she was greeted and helped by another worker. By this time, I’ve been in the branch for over 45 minutes without actually being helped. This place is ridiculous!

  My experience with with ASE Credit Union was very good, JaMarcus Bozeman the Banker that help me set up my first time account at ASE was so very nice and kind to me, I was so happy that I had chosen this Credit Union to bank with I gave him five stars and more because he was just kind and so friendly that he made you just want to talk to him even after you finish banking thank you ASU but being an awesome Credit Union thank you so much😘💕💕💕💕
