Rusty Chauncey1A bank is about customer service. All the changes being made are just the opposite. There is no reason for not being able to see and communicate with a bank employee. Do not reply to this because I know nothing will be done to correct this problem.

Jennifer & Adam Akins3I’ve never had a problem with them until recently when we wanted to take out a business loan with them. The girl at the desk emailed our information to someone & it took that lady 6 days to even call us. When she finally called us, she took 2 more days to call us back & tell us that she couldn’t help us because she had to do with residential real estate. She said she would forward our info to a guy. The guy took an additional 6 days to finally call us. After 2 wks, we just went somewhere else for our business loan.

Jennifer. gonzalez2Hateeee this bank so much. Their teller machines are always broken, the app is always under maintenance, and they are so complicated. Been a member for so long and they denied me a small loan that I needed to help me catch up on small bills due to COVID since I was unemployed for a little while.

We have upgrades coming for those in early 2021 that will allow 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. teller service, Monday - Saturday.

cody white2Meh. Its a bank. quick to take your money and even quicker to deny you some. If youve got money and great credit already, theyll be your best friend. If not, dont expect much from them other than a wholesome dose of disappointment.

Brandon Holiday1My check has been pending 4 days. I have automatic deposits set up and have gotten over draft fees and it's not my fault. First problem I've had. I can't use any of my money right now .

Jackie1I grew up with the old AEDC Federal Credit Union and reme.ber my dad being so proud to be a member of this great institution. Boy have times changed. My husband is currently finishing his 20th year of military service. We decided we wanted to retire to Shelbyville. We are currently in the process with him still being 700 miles away and me being in Shelbyville. None of our bank accounts have been relocated since we are in different locations and actually, we have just begun this transition. No matter where we have been stationed we have ALWAYS had access to banks that support military members and their spouses. Not Ascend. This is one military family that you turned your back on by refusing the simple act of cashing a check.

Angie M1This rating is for the call center. It was disappointing to see how extremely rude they could be towards a longtime customer, especially by a Manager. For various other reasons, i do not recommend this place for your banking needs.
