  At no fault of my own, had to get a fifth debit card My husband and I went to Lee's Summit for a replacement card, I was extremely uncomfortable because the attendant made me feel like a criminal, for having to get a replacement card.

  The best personal banking experience you’ll ever have, period. Very few, if any, banks exist anymore for the individual, most exist for businesses and institutions. I promise you their customer service is extraordinary. The employees know my name and everything related to my finances. David, Arvin, Zeenat, are all top-notch people that I love to interact with when I go to the bank.

  Everyone at this bank was very nice to me when I opened my account. HOWEVER, for anything else beyond that, they are just rude and act like I don't know or understand my banking rights and/or laws. Arvest Bank, like a few other banks, love to charge extra overdraft fees by reversing the order of how everything comes out of an account. Haven't there been lawsuits regarding this? Yes, I seem to recall some and I'm looking into it for Arvest. What was supposed to be one overdraft fee turned into $136 of ONLY overdraft fees. Banks that operate like this shouldn't be allowed to be in business.

  I arrived on a Saturday 11:50am in the drive thru. Only 1 other vehicle there and I was cashing a check. At 12:25 I was taken care of! SAD!

  HORRIBLE BANK!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON!!!!!!! I WILL MAKE SURE NONE OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY GO TO THIS BANK. I NOW HAVE BOUNCING BILLS BECAUSE THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT TELLING ME.

  Arvest has strategically located it's banks in the least convenient place is possible for me I cannot catch it along any major highway
