      I just opened 2 new accounts a checking and a savings and they have ridiculous fees and the mobile banking app is so confusing... I have had 2 other banks where there never was an issue on the amount of time I transferred money back and forth. Don't use Arvest Bank!! There fees and suggestions are ridiculous!! Penny the branch manager is also no help whatsoever.

      Since i have to give this poor excuse of a bank a star i regret it. Doesnt even deserve a star. I get the worse service, theres no point of even having a bank account at this bank. They wont let you cash your check, i always get stuff in there longer than 15minutes. I have had this bank since i was 18yrs old, i am 23 now. I am always pissed off when i leave that bank, only the northoak trafficway arvest bank. There is nothing but people that judge you there and if they dont like you.you are garanteed terrible service. Dont have an account here, you are garanteed a terrible experience everytime& you will regret the day you get an account at this pathetic excuse for a bank.
