  On hold for 10 minutes to get a call back just to get ahold of someone for a potential mortgages loan. I called an independent mortgage lender while on hold with Arvest and got a call back and was able to get a loan quote before I even got the call back from the automated system. Still waiting for a call back from someone that can help me from Arvest….

  I've banked here for years and find the employees to be very friendly, helpful and competent. Call me crazy, but I enjoy going into my bank!

  Not overly friendly & if you're in a hurry, forget about it. 30 minute wait with no luck to talk to the manager. Not a professional way to do business.

  I bank here two to three times a week, but they still need an ACCT# and DL# to break a $20.00 bill. Thinking of closing all my Acct's and moving to Bank of Ozarks.
