      Very good bank the employees are very nice and courteous. The only problem is they're automated phone system don't work half the time I've been trying for the last hour to get my balance and I go through all my security questions and everything but when I get to my PIN number it says that's not the pin code I have on file. My sister also banks author State Bank and she tried to call and get her balance and it did her the same way that that's not the PIN code we have on file and this is not the first time I've had this problem I wished theywould get this fixed.

      This has always been my bank and I love ASB because of the kind clerks but recently things are not so good. Tons of issues.... I am locked out of my online banking and we know we put the correct password in. Even if not, why is there not an option to reset the password? This happened Thursday New Year’s Eve and I have to wait until Monday. 5 days to get into my account! What do you do if you are on vacation? Also, I drove all the way to the Westgate location last week (during normal business hours), just to read a sign that said go to Hillcrest. So over 1 hour to go to the bank and home, just to make a deposit. The ATMs do not take deposits anymore. ??? The app has been down for 3 days so far! Tons of online complaints about this! Other banks were open on New Year’s Eve but not ASB. I had to go to SC Telco and I really might switch banks after 15 years. Most people got their stimulus check way before ASB customers. It’s like they are holding it until everyone goes back to work on Monday. Great strategy!

      The new online banking website was not designed to be user friendly. The employees are of no help with the new site either. I hate it!!!
