Crys Ashley1This was my first experience with this bank. I was trying to cash a check earlier today that was from this bank. There's an $8 fee to cash a check drawn from that bank. So they penalize you for not banking with them? I've never experienced having to pay a fee just for cashing a check from that bank. Ridiculous! I won't be coming back here.

Erik Solis1Rude. I would pull all my money out if I banked with them. They embarrassed a customer by telling the whole bank her account was over drawn. Not professional at all and they can keep their snooty atitudes

Jacque Hunt1If I could give a negative I would. This is the worst banking company around especially now since they have become Truist. I had an issue that needed to be resolved called the 800 number which is always outsourced to people from other countries which they told me to file a claim and that had my card be locked once I go to the actual bank for assistance they act like they had no clue on what was going on. I advise you to go to an establish bank not one that is trying to re-invent themselves with a new name bc it’s still the same Poor service only WORSE.

Alfreda Reid1I go to this branch all the time never had a problem until yesterday they follow the policy when it's convenient for them one person does something this way then it's different another day the tellers and the branch manager were so rude and disrespectful to me I'm trying to tell them what was going on they tried to make it seem like I didn't know what I was talking about I have no reason to lie about nothing all I ask is to be treated right they treated me I was a low class citizen

David Gibson1I have banked with them for almost 20 years. If your account is low they treat you like a second class citizen. Today, I had a teller she wasn’t going to provide me the transaction that I requested. Even though it meet their policy. Even though I could have made half the transaction with her and made an additional transaction at the atm moments later. I had to speak to a manager ( nice guy ) to active what I wanted. I should not have to jump through hoops ,waste an hour of my day for this and this amount of money. Both the teller and manger tried to tell me what I could do with my money. That’s the attitude at this place. All while they hold a check for 4 days. Im not going to leave money setting in an account just so I can get instant transaction. To the manger. These policy’s are there for PROFIT not to protect the bank. How lame is it for a multimillion coronation to say we have to protect our selves from your 200$ check bouncing. 😡😡😡

Sharli Jotara1The ATM at my local BB&T ate my money today, and didn’t credit my account. $570. It took all of it and then said my “items have been retained”. So I called inside the bank and the teller told me there was no transaction history or record of deposit, and couldn’t refund my money. So I sat at the atm and called the police. They wouldn’t help. So I refused to leave without my money and the teller made some phone calls and they said they’d credit my account by 4:30, it’s now 10pm and still nothing is there. 😞
