  Everything was almost too easy. I was able to get everything done and then just show up and test drive. They worked with on a down payment in an emergency situation. The test drive has a minor issue but it was corrected within their in-house shop. Recommend!

  Great place, great staff, service department prompt and the work done is excellent. The financing process is smooth, nothing hidden in the small print but as always with anything read before you sign, that is just life advice! Ride easy and enjoy people!

  Today we purchased our second car from burns in Spartanburg on reidville road and just like the first car we are super pleased with our new addition to the family. Our first car was totaled in a accident where we wasn’t at fault. And because we kept our payments paid on time burns was quick to help us get into a new car. I gotta admit, I’ve dealt with a lot of buy here pay here’s and I’ve NEVER had such a great experience with any of them like we have at burns. I highly recommend talking to them if you need a good, reliable car at a great price. And unlike a lot of other dealers they report good reports to the credit Bureau.   Lisa and dylan are very respectful people.everytime there was a problem with my situations they help me with no attitude.they couldnt fix my problem so they put me in a new ride less than 1hr.keep up to living to your word thanks
