  I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. My stepdad has had his vehicle for awhile and is almost paid off not to mention the Multiple problems hes had with it to keep it going. Hes now has suffered like the many of us with the lay offs at work because of covic- 19 and hes made has much money has possible to get it paid has much as possible and today they decided to Repossess the vehicle when he was told he was ok as long as he was trying to get a such as possible in and they just took a payment 2 weeks ago did not give him even a warning that this might be happening in the near future he was left with out nothing at a job hes trying to hang on to with all he gots not to mention he just had a stroke smh

  Great experience! Sales person was awesome as was the loan officer. Staff was great, even the porter, she kept us company while the numbers lady was doing her thing. We are enjoying our new vehicle!

  I was referred to Johnny Owens at Arrow Loan Arranger by my boyfriend who had gotten several cars from there. I went into to see Johnny on a Friday afternoon. I test drove a few of the cars I was interested in. Keri Carlton was awesome in showing me all of them and giving me the info I asked about on all of them. After a short decision process I decided on the 2007 Honda Pilot I test drove. It had all the amenities I was looking for as well as third row which was a big plus in my world. It drove good and I was really comfortable just sitting in it. She did all the paperwork and then turned me over to Johnny to finish the final sale. Johnny was able to work a great deal for me and got my payments exactly where I was wanting them, He was very courteous and friendly. I was very pleased with my service through him. I then took my car home and 2 weeks and 5 days exactly I ran into a problem with my alternator getting ready to go out. I went straight to Johnny and he went right to work fixing me up. Now mind you this was the day before Thanksgiving! He immediately got a call in to the shop to order an alternator for my car and then got me immediately into another car to drive until mine is fixed! I love Johnny Owens at Arrow Loan Arranger he is the best!!! I will continue to get cars from them. They really pride in their customers and take care of them. Arrow Loan Arranger is the best!!!!! Johnny Owens is the best!!!!!

  My wife and I are first time customers at arrow Ford. Had great customer service. Didn't have to sit there for hours like at most places. Then we had a issue.. We explained to our sales guy. Daniel, with got with his boss and we'll once again pleased that they took care of our situation.. So you go on down there and get you a vehicle and know you will be treated right.. Thanks Daniel, Mr. Johnny owens , and Randy.. And the rest of staff that helped us out!

  My parents recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. My parents were in a fixed income and had saved up for the down payment. The sales lady they helped them at the beginning didn’t let them test drive the car properly. Which my parents ignored and purchased the vehicle. Once they arrived home the vehicle then started showing some transmission issues so they took the car back. After only having the vehicle 3 or less months the car was in and out the shop. No one had found any issues with the car, but the issues were there. Well there payment was due on the 3rd and here we are the 10th and they sent a tow truck out to repo the vehicle. Only being delinquent 7days and when my mom called this morning to see what was going on they told her they do not make calls to let you know your payment was late. Seems to me like my parents asking constantly for there car to be fixed they didn’t want to deal with them anymore and after only 7 days repoed the vehicle and let them carless.

  Keri exceeded all of my expectations!! The last few months have been a little rough to say the least. I could not have asked for my situation to have been handled with better care and concern. She has definitely won me over for life lol. Seriously though if you guys are looking for a vehicle Loan Arranger is the place to go. In a time of such uncertainty it is so important to know you can depend on the businesses that you choose to spend your money with. #loanarranger4life ❤️

  I bought a Traverse from loan arranger, this car was in my possession for less than a day when it started not working properly. They agreed to fix the car, for over 2 months the car was in and out their shop and they still weren’t able to fix the car. The car was in the shop 4 times and still never fixed. Shanna agreed to give me my $1,500 back. Now they say I have a repo at their lot and that is not true? My new husband went in today to buy a car and he was denied because he knows me. I was Not even on the loan and has great credit! Be careful when doing business with this company!

  SCAM ALERT! I'm a disabled Marine Corps veteran from Lubbock. Today, I drove in 2 hours to see a 1998 chevy at the loan arranger location. As agreed over the phone with Lyndi Mark's, I had the required income and down payment. I was excited about this purchase because it was for my son that's an active duty Marine stationed in California but they tried to shove down my throat other trucks I didnt come to see AND asking for a $7,000 down payment on a $10,000 truck. Shakedown! UNETHICAL! Waste of my damn time!

  My mother-in-law purchased a car at Arrow Loan Arranger. Two days ago the car wouldn't start. AAA checked it and towed it to a mechanic. After diagnosing everything and coming up with nothing wrong the mechanic found out from another mechanic in the shop that Arrow Loan Arranger has LoJack on them! My mother-in-law called and was informed by Arrow customer service that the autopay on her account failed on their end due to a billing system change. Then told her they can't turn her car back on until the payment is made in person. The issue is on Arrow's end and they don't care. I wouldn't recommend any Arrow dealerships based on this experience.

  Purchased a truck there 4 months ago tranni went out so they sent to service they had it 2 weeks. I was a week without a rental and Keri helped me get a rental for the 2nd week. When I picked up truck yesterday they couldn't tell me if I still had a warranty on the tranni now I have to deal with service dept again to get answers. So many things have been wrong with this truck since I got it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
