  This is my 2nd roofing experience with Arrington Roofing and specifically, Randy. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of all the employees I dealt with. All their timelines were met and I was kept informed throughout the process from start to finish, including a follow-up call to make sure I had no issues. The clean up process was thorough, including the fact they covered my entire pool to ensure no debris would fall in. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the need of a new roof.

  When it comes to roof repairs it can be scary and intimidating due to most of us know very little about leaks and drainage, shingles, flashing etc. But.,, Arrington Roofing does! They are the Experts and will earn your trust fast due to their knowledge/experience, affordable roofing, fast response time and repairs. We have used them several times for repairs with their goal and ours, being to get as much life out of our roof as possible. And it is wotking!! In this day and time customer service and satisfaction with true warranted results are almost obsolete. Please do not waste your time on cheaping out when it comes to your roof. A new roof is expensive and it has to be done right! Call Arrington Roofing for true value and honest warranted work. At the end of the day the worse regret is to have a roof repair that did Not work. This does Not happen with Arrington Roofing. The difference between Arrington and the guy that leaves his card on your front porch door? is it will be down right, The First Time. That is priceless. Trusted Customer since 2012, KMoore

  I am very pleased with the job arrington roofing did for me. I had a leak which was difficult to find but peter stayed with it until he was able to determine the problem. He then scheduled a time for repair within a couple days. He did a great job and checked back with me after our next rain to be sure the problem was fixed. He was professional and friendly and was sure to explain to me exactly what my problem was as well as what it would take to fix it and the cost. Libbie was great to handle the scheduling and to keep me informed. Great company that i will use again when the time comes. They also provide a ten year warranty!

  Arrington offered a great product, service and a 10 year labor warranty on their work, something that you won't see from most. In addition, their representative, Randy Eubank, was a pro. He was not only very knowledgeable, but also very helpful throughout the process. So much so that, after he saw my insurance settlement, he took the time to contact them and explain why my settlement dollar amount was insufficient. As a result, our settlement amount was increased by several thousand dollars! Subsequently, I received a call from my insurance company, letting me know about the increase and that they were impressed with Randy and Arrington. And, by the way, a few of my clients have also praised Randy and Arrington for their professionalism. I most certainly do highly recommend their service!

  I manage older commercial buildings in Dallas, Texas and have had experience with a number of roofing companies over the past thirty years. None come close to the level of reliable workmanship and conscientious service that Arrington Roofing provides. From the initial site survey - to the detailed quote with pricing options - to the scheduling and completion of the job - all is executed with professionalism and timeliness. Communication is excellent and I appreciate the progress photos that are emailed to me on the larger projects! Arrington Roofing obviously takes great pride in their work completed and stands behind their warranty. Several years after completing a 4000 s.f. TPO roof our tenant reported water dripping down an exterior wall. Arrington sent their repair crew out there the same day to investigate and determined that the problem had to do with an anchor bolted into our masonry by the electric utility - no failures in the roof itself. Arrington sealed the penetration and saved the day at a minimal cost. In another recent experience, a 3000 s.f. acrylic coating system was begun, but delayed off and on for nearly two weeks due to intermittent cold and wet weather. Rather than rush the job to completion, Arrington followed the manufacturer’s guidelines for application and waited for the first opportunity to finish the job when conditions were right for proper curing. During the rain delays they took every precaution to make sure the roof was watertight before leaving the job site. And when the crews were finished, you’d never knew they were there because there was not a speck of debris left behind. All in all, I am so grateful for the relationship I have developed with the owners and staff of Arrington Roofing over the past six years and the expert, worry free services they provide.
