  I couldn't be more grateful and fortunate to have worked with Scott Sander at Nada Homes. As a first time home buyer, I needed someone I could trust and rely on to answer my many questions, Scott was there for me. He was quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable and helpful guiding me through the process. Scott went above and beyond and was there to talk through the process and remind me to breathe when things got a little stressful. He didn't just treat me like a client but like a sister. It was so refreshing to have someone who wasn't just there for a sale, he was there for me every step of the way. And to top it off, Nada gave me money to put towards my closing. What real estate company does that? Nada, that's who! If I ever decide to sale and buy a home again, I'll definitely be contacting Scott Sander at Nada Homes again.

  Scott Sander was such a help to us when we were buying our house! I had so many requests and I know I was high maintenance! He was so helpful as our realtor and always showed us what we were looking for. He got us set up in our beautiful home and we absolutely love it.   I would use NADA in a heartbeat again, and strongly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a home and buy another at the same time. I would add the word “very” to all of the raring options.They are easy to work with, they know how to package up and sell a home, and we saved thousands in commissions. Cole Ford, our agent, is awesome. He was very responsive. He consistently responded to all of our questions and concerns promptly, usually within hours. He is very knowledgeable of the real estate industry, has a very good grip on the current market, and he very clearly explained all the pros, cons, and options of each offer that came on. He made the paperwork process for the purchase of our new home and the sale of our existing home very easy, We felt Cole and NADA were true partners in the process and we’re focused entirely on our goals and needs, not just interested in making another sale. Again, I would recommend NADA to anyone, without any reservations.

  Katy Webb was the BEST realtor! My experience with her and Nada were excellent. Katy was so patient and kind while trying to buy a house as first time homeowners; she explained everything in a way I could actually understand, and was so helpful while we found our perfect home.
