  The bank has very well trained staff who are always polite. In addition it seems the bank has empowered their staff to make decisions that most banks do not grant to tellers or folks on the help desk. The loan application and decision process is streamlined and easy to work with. When there is a problem the follow up is excellent TSB makes banking easy.

  Texas Security Bank is a small bank, so you are able to have a relationship with the staff that are always helpfull, friendly and ready to help with your banking needs. I use them for business and personally and have no plans on moving.

  The Friendliness of the Staff is Excellent! One thing that I enjoy is they will will try to accommodate my individual quirks of how I like to do my Banking. I am old school and I like going inside the bank to make Cash Deposits, I like my Statements in Paper AND On-line, and I very much appreciate the Small Town Banker Feeling that I cannot get at a Big Box Corporate National Bank where when I walk in I am greeted with, "Would you like to use our ATM?". I always want to to answer, "If I did, I would have stayed outside and used it there."; but I realize the young lady asking is just doing the job as was assigned to her. Bottomline, you want good personalized service, Bank with Texas Security!!!

After having banked with the largest bank in the nation for nearly a decade, I had no idea that a bank could be this close and personable.
