  Customer service is great until you sign your paperwork. This is my third and last loan with AFCU. I didn’t even make it all the way through application process before I was handed over to a different loan agent. The first one could not wait five minutes to go to lunch after I waited forty five minutes for the to process my loan. I signed my paperwork and waited four days for the funds. After a couple of long phone calls it turns out they forgot to submit it. I just can’t say enough about there awful customer service.

  DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! I financed a truck through them and had a savings account as well. I traded my truck last year and used another lender, but kept my savings account with them. They didn't let me know they were taking $8 a month out of my savings account for having it. They got me!! All I got was a, "We're sorry you weren't aware of our charges for only having a savings account!!" Blood pressure through the roof! They'll never get my business again!

  AFCU is a great bank!!! They are always professional, courteous, consistent and I can’t recall a time where I’ve had to request ANY corrections to our accounts! By the way, great auto loan rates as well!!

  All 5 stars go to Christina Harris at the Bryant branch for her wonderful demeanor and professional expertise in taking care of our need. The process takes a little longer than some places but other than that very pleased.

  The loan experience was nice, and the app features on the phone are nice. They did however add excessive charges onto my loan and when I tried to get the issue resolved getting a real person on the phone was impossible, and in person they just want to pass you around to the next person to try and brush you off. Completely dissatisfied, and feel taken advantage of. Closed my accounts and would not recommend them.

  First off the other reviews about this bank are accurate, the call center is a joke and I often feel like they're making decisions without caring how it will effect their customers, but this branch is the best branch I've ever dealt with in any financial institution. The drive-up girl knew my name and my usual transaction about a week after I started coming there and she remembers little details about my life like I'm talking to a friend even if I don't see her in a month. Their service is excellent, I'm dinging them a star because the bank as a whole needs to get their crap together.

  My banking business was made easy and I felt comfortable with the loan process my all at Arkansas Federal Credit Union they are great kinda makes you feel like family , what a way to be treated thanks AFCU. Y'all are a 5 star in my opinion.
