Dennis Campbell1I thought it was just me until I saw all the bad reviews on lack of/no communication. Locking down cards over nonsense. My firste attempt at electronic deposit with them was hideous and I am on day 5 waiting for funds to free. A check from progressive would have cleared immediately anywhere else

Snick Snack3They no longer allow share banking between RBFCU and Arkansas FCU. Which means I can no longer deposit cash in the entire state of Arkansas without making another account. Oh well.

Felicity2Not very member friendly in regards to the ATM services. I don’t understand why a hold is placed on a small cash deposit for 3 days. I have been with Arvest for years and cash deposits (regardless of the location) are available immediately. The money was deposited for bill payment in order to avoid fees, I had to do an additional transaction to cover myself. Please take notes from the other financial institutes who have worked out the kinks with their ATM services before making members suffer.
Response from the ownerHi Flissy, Sorry to hear about this experience. We can take a deeper look at that issue next time you are at the branch please ask to speak to the branch manager or you can call us at 501-982-1000. We appreciate you being a member.

FreeLeaf watlington1Terrible bank. Terrible. I know every dime I have spent, and spend, but somehow I am having to call in every week and question why Im getting penalized with over draft fees. My current balance always matches up with my pending charges, and my charges that have already come out. My available balance always matches up with my charges minus the pending. So I always go off of my current balance. Its like they take my money twice, and then hit me with 32.00 overdraft fees for every pending transaction. So if I have 4 pending.....you do the math. I have been with this bank for several years, and never had this issue until their recent "upgrades". Also Im not supposed to get an overdraft fee if it has to take it out of my savings, but they charge anyway. Took me over 6 months to just get my address changed, and can never find an available ATM.

Steven Shelton1Don't bother trying to use their CC for any transactions. They will flag anything as suspicious and then freeze your card. They claim they tried to contact me but left NO message on my phone. I was seeing issues with charges being declined for online accounts before I realized they had mysteriously frozen my card over small transactions with reputable online vendors. They send a letter! I just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to resolve this. I will not use this card again.

Truth Betold5Truth Be Told- This is a marvelous credit union, number 2 in the united states for military members. They operate with the highest level of courtesy and respect. Fees are charged as any other financial institution but truth be told, if you get a fee it's your own fault. All fees are explained very well upon acct. opening, just look at your fee sheet they give you. If you've never been with a credit union I encourage you to do it. but truth be told if you're a person like "Edna Hightower" and you have an acct. at a different credit union and want to use this company for FREE and believe that they should be responsible for your acct, truth be told, you're ridiculous. It's called shared branching and they don't control it. Open a new acct. Simple.

Helen Anderson1This is the second week I have been dealing with someone illegally using my account in Fl. Not only have I never been to Fl. but the very day this happened I went to the bank filed a dispute form, had my card canceled and a new one issued. I was then charged and over draft fee, interrogated about my card use and who uses it, and generally treated like I was guilty of fraud. I have been a member of AFCU for 5 years and they have been nothing but problems. I went to visit my daughter out of state and my card wouldn't work, and many, many other problems. I will be finding a new bank.

Bradley Stogsdill1not happy about routinely placing my deposits into other accounts. they sort of think it is no big deal.. I started banking on line with Fidelity and now I dont have to worry about where my deposits go.

Nick Morley2Spoke with a teller saying that my online account wouldn't let me move money from bank to bank saying that it exceeded the number of times I could do this transfer. I explained this and asked if she could do it and she said she couldn't and that I can do it online and I explained her that it wouldn't let me and she blamed me that it wouldn't work. She pretty much assumed that I did something wrong. Not helpful!
