  The member services team need a lot of help. They don't seem to know what they were doing. I have three accounts with them and when my card number was stolen, I contacted them to try and dispute the charges. All I got was anonymous email telling me to either walk into a branch or call them. They cannot do anything to help me. I finally walked into a branch and spoke to a team lead or supervisor and asked who are all those anonymous Member Services. The team lead got my dispute resolve and I got the money back. The letter sent to me telling me that they have finished their investigation in my favor (but like everything else, no name). Are they that ashamed of themselves and their work? I think I will go elsewhere.

  I was extremely satisfied with my transaction. I had the chance to sit down with Ryan; he was professional through out the transaction. He explained in details the entire process and got back with me with a follow up email. Keep up the good work!

  Thanks for opening HQ that only 2 miles and very closed to where we live. Very convenient. Use the drive thru today and the girl very kind and helpful.

  Joining was made very simple and I feel comfortable changing my banking needs to AFCU. Ryan Byler was super helpful and facilitated my Linked Accounts. I can recommend both AFCU and Ryan without hesitation.
