  We used Amorette as our lender to purchase our home in November 2021. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. I called her several times to discuss questions and specific numbers. Amorette was patient and insightful so that I could make the right decisions for my family and I. Amorette worked very quickly to stay on track with the closing of our home. As she had promised after the closing of our home Amorette helped to go over the paperwork to be reimbursed with the relocation company and was very helpful to highlight the information I would need to submit.   Amorette "Moe" Hernandez did an outstanding job of overseeing the refinancing process for my Green Valley home. She found a very low 2.25 percent interest rate (much lower than a competitor's 2.875 rate) and was extraordinarily helpful in guiding me through the online forms and processes. She was always readily available to answer questions and address concerns and went out of her way to resolve issues as they arose. Overall, Moe was superbly knowledgeable and professional every step of the way!

  Moe made buying our home in Tucson a breeze! Any time we needed anything from her, we had it. Any time we had questions, she had answers. It felt like we were Moe's only clients because she always gave us attention and time at a moment's notice. The dashboard used to upload documents was simple and added another layer of convenience to the whole process. I would recommend her 100% to anyone with lending or home buying questions.   My wife and I hired Moe, who came highly recommended to us, to handle our mortgage. We weren't the most complicated Mortgage in history, but we did come with a few issues. I am a veteran, and I needed someone who could handle my VA loan, answer all my questions, and get me a great rate. Moe got us an INCREDIBLE rate, dealt with the VA, answered all of our repetitive and annoying questions, and was always available to keep us posted on what was going on. Additionally, we had been looking at Realtors but Moe recommended someone a little more specific to our needs and she was right. It all worked out great for everyone. Moe and her team at Arizona Lending Specialists handled our case with great care and concern. This was in the midst of a global COVID19 pandemic! But Moe never Blinked!   Moe with Arizona Lending Specialists LLC is amazing! She works tirelessly to get you the best rate and the lowest closing costs! But seriously she doesn’t sleep lol! She worked around the clock for us to the point that when the process was complete, and we had our first home we missed her! Moe became more than our Mortgage lady, she became a friend! I was asking her advice a year before we even needed a house. She willingly gave advice about the process of buying a home just because she cares. If someone is going to look out for me even when they aren’t benefiting from it at the time.. well that’s someone I trust to have my back for a big decision like buying our first home!
