  Been banking with them for years....i love this bank!! Shout out to Jamarr Boyd for staying after hours to help me set up an account for my Daughter 🤟🏽😎. It’s Friday and everyone trying to go home lol but you stayed and you made it happen!! very cool guy, professional and good vibes overall thanks for the experience

  Would be nice if they kept Saturday hours. I don't understand how a place so busy open to close decides to not open on that particular day.

  Straight lairs and thieves. They leave you on hold for an hour and never answer worst customer service I've experienced

  Overdraft privilege makes no sense they say you don't have a limi, but then they put a limit on you

  Please AVOID this location!!! I will never use this bank ever again. If you plan to deposit cash please save yourself and your hard earned money and DO NOT deposit your cash into their ATM here! Their ATM stole over $300 cash from me. It still has not been deposited into my checking account. What to do if it's after hours? You're pretty much screwed. It's been over 12 hours and still no deposit into my account! I will NEVER use this location or any other Arizona Federal Credit Union location ever again!

They will then be able to provide to us with specific information, which will help us locate the missing funds to get your account credited.

  Opened a business account and: the Banker Jose, that opened our account is a 5 star employee and the reason our Account will stay at this branch. This young man knows business and what customer service means ...I value his input and his professionalism

  Lines are ridiculously long most of the time. If you use the drive thru make sure you have your own pen. They never provide one, they also tend to run out of deposit/withdrawal slips all the time and it takes them far too long to send you new ones. It has taken up to 20 minutes to finish a very simple transaction. Awful customer service!

  Arrived in the drive thru at 9:11am left at 9:25am on a Wednesday. The customer service representative teller 1610 was not friendly appeared to not want to be at work. This is unacceptable as a member of this credit union because when I'm in Gilbert they are always willing and ready to assist. Phoenix you have professional development to improve on.

  ATM is always down! Huge inconvenience!!! Can’t deposit money after hours and during the day there’s always a long wait! I called customer service to put a “ticket” to get it fixed by their IT... well guess what nothing has been done! Been with them since 08 seriously considering changing banks😡 MAJOR INCONVENIENCE!!!!😡😡 like seriously ATMS there are Useless ! They can’t even get them fix, NEW CUSTOMERS don’t bother with Arizona Federal save yourself the headaches😫😠 Ugh! worst part I still need to deposit money!!i have bills to pay! P.s “response from the owner” don’t bother commenting on my review unless this problem is resolved! No one needs ur apology! Fix it! And make it last! Cause 2 day later I guarantee ATM will be down again!!!😡😡😡
