Mela Lewis1I’ve been a member for a while and I have a few different accounts here. I used to feel like a member, but now I feel like a burden every time I walk into this branch. No one is happy and no one greets you in a kind way anymore. When you stand in line the tellers keep their heads down because they don’t want you to approach their window until they’re finish with what they’re working on, but how hard is it to look up and smile and say I’ll be right with you. I understand Covid and we’re all going through things, but kindness should be standard. I made an appointment to open some accounts for my children because they had a promotion and I’ve put all the details in the notes and when I arrived not only did I have to wait about 15 minutes before I could be seen even though I had an appointment, but the member service agent was approved. The first thing she said to me was when you make an appointment it’s to open one account so, I can make an exception and open accounts for your children this time but normally we’re not gonna sit here and open more than one account. She also explained that it took about 15 minutes to open an account, it literally took two minutes and I was out of there. That being said I chose not to open any accounts for my children and just kept some money in a savings account. I don’t understand why I was chastised when it literally took two minutes to open the one money market account. To me, that’s a power thing and I don’t appreciate it. I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be a member, but when I do make a decision to leave I’ll be sure that I go somewhere where they value their members and treat them with respect and treat them how they wish to be treated. There are too many credit unions in the area for them to be so ugly to people.

Ezz “Ezz” Mac2I asked the teller for large bills and he refused because he was “running low on large bills” I’m not sure who he was saving them for. Not only did he not give me large bills but but didn’t give me any large bills neither did he check with any other tellers.

Matt Engstler1BEWARE!!!!!! Do not buy a vehicle from any of their members. I paid off a 70000.00 truck and they will not release the lien for over a week. Was told that we made it before the deadline and it would clear that same day or worst case it would clear the following day. Now i have a truck i can't get plates or tags or insurance for. Now i remember why i closed all my accounts over 20 years ago with them.

Brian Williams1This is the worst bank I ever deal with in my life ever! They will clear your account so fast it will make your head spin. -0 I got my unemployment check from Bank of America in the amount of $1,300 went to the Arizona federal ATM put the 1,300 in my account so I can pay my rent. And soon as I dispute the money. The whole atm shout down took my money and my bank card. And they clear my account they been stealing so much money to the point I’m homeless now 😡☹️☹️☹️😞

stephanie presnell1Don’t bank here!!! Savings accounts can’t get debit cards and they pick and choose who has to take their mask OFF to be ID before you can walk in the door. Staff is unfriendly, uncaring and unhelpful. Hold times are the worst at any banking institution I’ve ever experienced.

Carmen Miranda1It’s not even only rude to non members but also to members worst Avondale branch to go to! I really was looking forward to this branch since it’s very convenient but I will not ever step foot to that branch again if I decide to keep my membership with them. I have had great customer service from the Glendale location but Avondale is unbelievably unhelpful.

Felicia L.5Excellent customer service, minimal waiting, rarely a person in front of me in line at ATM or inside. I live this location, the staff are very friendly, professional, as they are at all locations! Just faster service and you can't beat that!

Rhytt was fantastic in helping refinance a car loan and consolidating some annoying credit card debt. I've been a member since Wamu folded during the recession and I don't have any problems.
