      Three ATMs on site, on is out of money, the other two are just turned off. What an absolute joke. If you're going to charge fees to use other ATMs, you need to provide them for your customers. I'm amazed that a company that literally failed and needed my taxes to stay afloat, could still be this indifferent about their customer base.

      Went in to try an open a account and the lady actually recommended that I should just go look elsewhere at other banks in the area

      I have been going to this location for years. I haven't ever had a problem with a taller. If there not sure courteous and very highful

      This place has horrible customer service. Everytime I come in here to deposit into my business account it's never fast and efficient. Why should I have expected today to be any different, the lead teller helped customer in the business line and ignored me standing there. She then tried to call a customer up to the business service window that came in after me. I stepped up to the window letting her know I was there first. Conveniently once she started sorting out my deposit her "computer went down", but worked perfectly fine for all the customers she helped before me and after. I wouldn't recommend using this Wells Fargo at all.

      Jose Perez has been an outstanding banker. His customer service is professional and efficient. He is the kind of person who goes above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. There was a time where he had to help me out with my bank account and He followed up with me daily and took the moment to update me on everything. I can't stress enough how happy I am with his service. The entire branch is so welcoming and friendly. This Wells Fargo is my bank to go to. They always treat you nice. Every time I walk in through the door, I get greeted by everyone there. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

      The bankers are very courteous and professional. Recently I hadn't had any issues with this bank since it's under new management. Glad I gave it another shot since the last time I had banked with Wells Fargo, I was getting new fees and charges every other day. They really stepped up their game and I didn't even have any problems with closing my bank account with them. Also they notarize paperwork for free.

      Not bad. Sometimes when you speak with a teller it takes a while. They only have two ATM drive thrus but they're convenient

      worse bank ever Lindsey and Gabriel are both bankers here who will lie to you about their follow up. They treat you great when they know they can sell you a new account and promise you to take care of the old account in regards to closing it and moving auto-payments to the new account. But NOPE the promises aren't kept and the fees are yours to pay! I will be closing my Wells Fargo accounts because, it's one thing to make a mistake and it's a complete other thing to not hold yourself accountable for the service you claim to provide.

      I went there just a few days ago because I had some questions about my account balance..and I was in there for 45 minutes. Carlos Salazar was the name of the personal banker who "helped" me. Noticed I included quotes because he seemed WAY more interested in selling me products (I.E renter's insurance, secured cards, opening new accounts ect) and I INSISTED I was not interested and he KEPT ON ASKING ME OVER AND OVER AND OVER. I was so angry! I wanted to keep it professional but it was so hard because of how angry I was becoming, he did not want to take NO for an answer, it was like he was a car salesman! I have never been more uncomfortable or felt harassed in my life. I was so upset, I will never return to this location because all that man cares about is how much money you have so he can make some money off your account!
