Lex Luna1I was on a three way call with a customer trying to get a verbal 10dpo so my cx could sell his vehicle. They had us on hold for 30+ mins and THEN!!! The woman that finally took our call was rude as heck! She acted like the simple question we had re the customers account was so off putting, at one point she scoffed at us! I do lienholder calls all day long, most of them go just fine, great service, but this one….yikes!

kachelle carter1I’m here to open a checking and saving account. The only friendly person was the teller I talked to when first coming in. I was brought into Hectors booth with no introduction not even a hello. Sat here in silence for about 5 minutes while he typed an email. Then after that he asked another women to run a report, due to technological difficulties. After about 3 minutes of waiting he returned and continued to open my account in complete silence. The tellers were having a conversation that I would of rather been apart of. All in all I got my account opened but this made wonder if this is the bank for me at all. Not very welcoming, not very friendly, and didn’t feel “like my branch” at all.

Amber McCullough1When AZ businesses started to close due to the COVID19 pandemic, there was some concern that my husband was going to be out of work. I called AZ central to see what the options are for Skip Payments. I was advised I could complete one, then got a call back stating they had revoked it. Then, in order to grant the Skip, they wanted an in detail breakdown of my exact hardship because “they don’t want people to take advantage of them and their Skip Pay program”. Going through my inbox, these are just some of the offers from other companies. You know what I got from AZ Central? A condescending email about managing my savings account. Credit Union West - 3 Skip Payments, and they just renewed their Skips for ANOTHER 3, no questions asked. Hardship loans available as well. USAA - Payment deferments and waived late fees Wells Fargo - Payment deferments and hardship loans Chase - payment deferments and hardship loans Credit First - payment deferments and hardship loans I sincerely regret financing my loan with this company.

Susan Kerr-Mellott1I have an account there they shut my card down Friday evening for suspected fraud (which it was just me) and I had to go with no money all weekend because they don't have anyone working any weekend hours!
Response from the ownerHi Susan, We are going to call you to ensure your contact information is up to date and tied to your card information. If you don’t hear from us by the close of business on 6/15/21, please reach out to us at [email protected] and provide your contact information so we may connect. It’s so important to have this information current, because we offer a text alert or phone call when we suspect potential fraud on your card so you are able to approve/deny the transaction. When that process fails, and your card is disabled, our Solution Center and Cards’ teams are here on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. In addition, when we’re closed, you may call our main number to get a direct transfer to our card processor to address any card issues. We realize the inconvenience created when your card is disabled and do our best to provide you with channels to avoid service interruption. We appreciate your feedback and your ongoing support of Arizona Central Credit Union.

Witty Wags1Couldn’t cash a check with a sister bank even though they are supposed to be able to do everything that that bank can do. They have done it before at a different branch. They said they aren’t allowed to anymore. So what did I do you ask? I went to WALMART. Who could cash it. What a concept. It’s sad that Walmart gave me better customer service and zero hassle conspired to a “co branch”
