  My son had used April on both a condo purchase about 6 years ago and a home purchase in 2020, and he recommended her to me for the purchase of my condo, which closed in February 2022. The deal became bogged down because of delays by the condo association's property management company in sending required information to Fairway. Then, when the information was received, it raised delay-causing questions for the lender - a week before we were scheduled to close! Thanks to April, the issues were resolved, and we were able to close on time. I consider her a miracle worker, indeed!

  After a horrid experience with a jerk who thought he was smart to use harassing techniques to pressure me into a loan withLoan Depot, I used April Ranallo at Fairway as my broker. Best experience ever! Easy, fast, great rate and treated with dignity. She answered all my questions, was prompt and speedy-quick with her responses, and so positive and funny!   April could not have been better. I was so anxious coming into this experience, and she was absolutely wonderful at explaining things thoroughly, answering any and all questions I had, and keeping everything moving in a timely manner. The best part was that she treated me like a real person who was doing something major and who *should* have support while doing it, rather than just an application number with a pile of papers attached to it. The whole process, from application to closing, went smoothly and without a single hiccup. I'm thrilled, and I've already recommended her to friends.

  It was my first time buying a home and I was really nervous because of the horrible experiences my family and friends had when buying a home. April came in and washed away all the concerns I had, and to that I am very grateful!   April was very knowledgeable about the loan options available and which would be the most beneficial given our unique situation. She was very helpful and easy to reach when we ran into question or concerns, and she worked well with our real estate agents to discuss options when we hit bumps along the home purchasing process.
