  There were twice as many employees walking around as there were customers and it still took them ~20 minutes to help me. I will say everyone I spoke with was friendly and polite, but there’s no sense of urgency when it comes to helping their customers. Given other reviews, I’d try a different location.

  Can I go below 1 star???? I stopped to add my wife to my account and was told they couldn't help me and they would call me to make an appointment. The call never came so my wife and I stopped in again to try and get it done. Again, customer service guy ( the same guy who promised me a call from a banker) was long on excuses and short on action and I still gont nothing done. When I said maybe I should just close my accounts I was invited to do so by customer service guy but then was told I'd have to make an appointment to do so. The rest of the story is that on the way home we stopped at the Plymouth branch on Hwy 55 and were helped by a very good banker who had everthing done for us in 10 minutes, less than half the time we waited in Wayzata for customer service guy to give us all of his excuses.

  On Dec. 27, 2021, after told by Fernbrook Ln N branch that a notary public would not be available till Feb. next year, I tried my luck to Wayzata branch and got immediate help from Mr. Marten whose smile and warmth melt the snow on my coat.

  Never answer their phone. They recommend using the mobile app. Well not every elderly person knows how to use the app or even have a cell phone. So on how earth does an elderly person do banking with them. It’s terrible service

  Abysmal. Good luck getting them on the phone or getting any help. It should be illegal to operate this poorly.

  I had a long going problem with my Sam's credit card It was a pain for long 7 months I was talking to Ed Miller about this problem and he just pushed it forward till he got this resolved right on the spot for me . A miracle worker who truly cared . After long 7 months of trying to prove my right i am finally relieved and i am very very Thankful to ED MILLER for his patience and good heart and for going out of his ways to get this resolved.

  They tried scamming me multiple times an my gf as well. They are a terrible chain and this location specifically had awful customer service.

  Very helpful staff, always been a wonderful branch. The bank itself is not as liable as the wayzata staff. I decided to go with local banking for that reason.
