  I was really nervous to buy my first home because I didn’t know what to expect. My real estate agent connected me with Eric to help me with the approval process. Although I shopped around, Eric was who I worked with in the end. It wasn’t just his pricing that worked in my favor, he was able to explain everything to me during that whole process that made me feel comfortable. I have been living in my new home for 3 months now and Eric still keeps in contact which is unexpected and amazing! I will definitely work with Eric again!

  With such a tough housing market I needed every advantage I could get. Eric Bakke was a huge advantage! He was always available, offered easy to understand explanations, and was very personable. He went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of, even though it took a few rounds to get our dream home. I cannot recommend him enough. He knows what he is doing and made the financing part of the process easy.

Eric goes above & beyond to provide information, answer any and all questions, educate in a way that makes me feel so informed, and makes time to be there for you no matter what. You can tell he has passion for what he does, and I am lucky to have been on the receiving end of that to gain knowledge and education as I purchased my first house.
