  Matthew and his processor Bridgette were the best duo I've ever worked with. Matthew took time to get to know my family, current situation, and goals to help put together the best loan options possible. He educated us every step along the way so we could fully participate in the process of buying our home instead of just telling us what to do. He always gave us a full array of options and let us know how each one could potentially play out. He was unbelievably responsive and communicated early and often - even at 11:00pm at night when we had last minute questions. Bridgette was so quick and responsive that she made the process take half the time any other loan has ever taken prior.
