  We went with Matt McGuire and I would say we couldnt be more happier. Matt got us a low rate mortgage in these trying times. He communicated clearly from the beginning about the entire process. He gave an estimate without delay and when he started working on our mortgage, he answered all the questions we had. His closing costs were reasonable and actually less than his initial estimates. I feel that we got a very good deal. I would sincerely recommend Matt for your mortgage needs.

  Matt has been absolutely solid during our mortgage application process and approval for us here in 2022. We have been working with him on and off since at least 2018, when we first began our home search (which was put on hold due to our desire to save more for our down payment). He has been patient and understanding during this whole process, but really showed up when we needed to hit the ground running in this crazy housing market as first-time home buyers. I highly recommend Matt McGuire for anyone looking for a mortgage loan!

  I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to Matt for making this experience as easy as possible. I was referred to him through a friend who closed a loan with him last year and it went great (that says a lot right there). The first time I called Matt to talk and ask questions I expressed that my loan will probably be a challenging one, and it was...we hit a lot of road blocks along the way but he made it less stressful and always seemed to find a way to get us to the next step.
