  I recently purchased my first home and I can honestly say this never would of happened without the help of Blaze Ryder. From day one he encouraged me to get prequalified and really pushed me do something I didn’t think was possible at the time. Having gone in with no real knowledge, Blaze led me step by step and was transparent throughout the entire process. When I began the process of being in escrow, I wasn’t on island and wasn’t sure if I would still be able to handle all of this but Blaze instilled confidence in me to close on my house. We texted, talked on the phone, emailed, and even FaceTimed at any time that I had questions or he had updates for me. I highly recommend Blaze for first time homebuyers or anyone that has financing needs.   My wife and I were very happy with Blaze and Aligned Mortgage. Even though we were a few time zones away, he was available outside of normal business hours and made sure that everything worked smoothly. Additionally, he was flexible with our needing to move closing up by a week. It may have been an issue for other loan officers and they would have recommended staying with the original date, but not Blaze. He worked through the process quickly and had everything ready to go. His clear and consistent communications made the entire process easy. I would certainly recommend him!
