  I recently had the pleasure of completing a VA IRRRL refinance with Ed, dealing with him was by far the best loan experience I’ve had. Ed was straightforward, knowledgeable, patient, competitive, and most importantly a genuinely kind person. He spent much more time on the phone with me than I expected, explaining all of his numbers and even helping me understand quotes I had gotten from other companies. In the end, Ed’s offer was the best and his paperwork was the simplest and easiest to understand. He also uses an inexpensive title company that sent a wonderfully pleasant representative to our house to close after we got home from work. I highly recommend you call Ed while you shop your loan.

  I cannot say enough good things about Ed Cooke & Apple Mortgage. We first used Apple Mortgage in 2006 for a home purchase & Ed took care of us like we were family. Re-financing was a no brainer....call Ed at Apple! Done! We just bought a new home and once again Ed and his team at Apple got us a great deal and went above and beyond to be sure things went according to schedule. You will not find better service or higher integrity anywhere.

  I refinanced with Apple from a much larger lender and I couldn't be happier. Mr Cooke was very thorough, personable, and professional. Closing costs, rates, prep work, and overall communication through the process was nothing short of phenominal. The process was taking 2-3 months and Apple Mortgage took care of me from start to end in just shy of a month! I can't recommend them enough.

  Ed Cooke and his team at Apple have always been great! This year we thought we had missed out on refinancing with the lowest rates we'd seen in years, but we asked Ed to keep an eye on rates for us just in case. It took a few weeks, but Ed kept looking and found us a super low rate with great terms. Closing was a breeze, too. Thanks!

  Marilyn Gorski along with Ed Cooke provided us with a first-time fantastic home-lending service. I even shopped two local credit unions and their interest rates, fees, stringent lending standards, and customer service were incomparable to what Apple Mortgage will provide you. My deal even closed a week ahead of schedule - no big bank would ever be able to do that. We are eager to work with Ed & Marilyn again in the future, as they can get it done. Give them a call! :)

  I got my first home loan through Apple Mortgage and have refinance twice with them. Every time they get me the best interest rate, are very professional and answer all my questions within a few hours. I refer friends and co-workers to Apple Mortgage. Excellent Team!!

  Apple Mortgage was great! Absolutely night and day difference between them and the previous mortgage lender we used. We were told what they needed, signed the paperwork on the dates we both agreed upon, and there were absolutely no issues. We would definitely use them again!

  Ed and his team at Apple Mortgage could not have been more helpful, this is my 1st mortgage in 20 years and everything went smoothly and on time. I bought a home through them in Colorado Springs in December of 2019. Would highly reccomend them if you are looking to buy a home. Thank you Ed!
