  This Loan company is the worst of the worst. Instead of a call that they cant verify insurance they just add on the amount to your loan lowering your credit. If this company cant communicate then I don't know why they are still in business. After several months this company takes their sweet time trying to verify the information. I will not be doing business again with this company after this loan is paid off. We buy new vehicles every year and this is very discouraging if the company cant handle simple task.

  Never been to a physical branch, but they are theee least professional organization I've dealt with in a long time. greedy, shady, threatening, harassing. They're linked with various low-budget dealerships who manipulate carfax reports and practice extremely deceptive marketing. Garbage. Never again.

  If i could give no stars i would. They like to give hidden fees and pretend like they can't help wave them. You can't pay with a card but if you pay over the phone it's $10 extra. If you can't make a payment on time and dont call three days ahead of time they will charge $30 plus late fees. Their managers are just as unprofessional as the employees and all their customers are unhappy. Look at the reviews. I will NEVER give them any buisness ever again. Carma will come for this place.

  The worst Credit Union ever. Zero help with a situation we have been proactive in trying to resolve with THIER insurance verification company who is a joke. We emailed her 9/20/21 and she responded with she would get back with us, still to date 11/12/21 no response.

  I found myself in a tough area financially and felt embarrassed to ask for help but luckily I was put in contact with Jesus Rivera who not only took the time to understand my problems but took the extra time to make sure I was comfortable with every decision I had made to get this loan while being short staffed he made sure before the end of every business day to call and give me an update so I wasn’t left wondering i will definitely use Aventa and Jesus again for all my financial needs!

  I have had my Auto loan through them for almost 3 years now. I have had no issues at either branch in the Springs. They give multiple options on paying for the car loan and I’ve never been charged a late fee. Friendly, quick, and accurate service every time!

  They are consistent in their poor customer service! Every time I made a payment, the tellers weren't happy or pleasant. I was told I would receive the title for my car if I made the payout in cash...which didn't happen. They told me it would be sent to our home. We never received it. Consequently, we had to go to the DMV to apply for the title. A lot of time and frustration dealing with this business.....
