We had anticipated staying there for a while but no we were out within ten minutes. Everyone was kind especially a young lady name Karla Velasquez I hope I’m spelling that correctly. She was our teller and her positive attitude, energy, and efficiency real was a special touch to our already great experience. Thank you Apple bank!

Rickey Eaddy1This is the worst Apple Bank ever please do not waste your time anticipating to get anything done here. The manager that worked there today denied me service as well lied to me about cashing a certified Apple Bank Check. She was so unprofessional had a nasty attitude and didnot care to help me. So I went to another apple bank in Scarsdale, NY and got the check cashed. I will never associate myself with this location. I had to drive 8 miles out in order to receive the assistance I needed. Please do not waste your time here.

Michael Medina1No fair warning that the location was going to be temporarily closed. Not fair at all since not all services are via ATM. You have to go physically to a cashier. It’s a shame even in a time of crisis that these measures took place. I totally understand it’s safety reason but a better plan could have been placed versus closing the branch temporarily. What if the other locations are the same si no one will have access their accounts. Solve problems when occurring. Once things get better and they open again I will consider if I leave my account with them. A better plan could have been placed. Have more accessibility to all accounts via ATM like the Christmas club. Suggestion: think about creating a special ATM card for the Christmas club. It does take 7 to 10 business to get the cars and to setup. Please consider that as a new platform it might help you in retaining customers in the future. Plus improve your customer service. If a letter was sent I didn’t receive it in a timely manner due to I do not go out to get my mail until the weekend. Like you and everyone else is limiting less social activities for safety, but I do take my precautions like everyone else. I don’t apologize for this statement because everything has been disrupted that no notice is given in advance. Better game plan needs to place in the future. Sincerely, Concern customers

chris allen1Expect the bare minimum in customer service when you enter this bank. The first person that I spoke to upon entering the bank was rude. Before I could finish my first sentence explaining why I was there she interrupted me to say that she was on her lunch break. It didn’t make sense for her to be annoyed when she was taking her break while sitting at her desk. She then told me to sign in and have a seat. As this was my first time in this bank I had no idea where the sign in sheet was located. I waited ten minutes before finally being helped by who I believe was the branch manager. I’ve only been in an Apple bank once prior in my life (in Riverdale) and the service was the complete opposite. It was great. The Bartow branch made me feel as though I was bothering them. No one even took the time to just do something as simple as say hello or how may I help you. They just walked out and asked the room if there was someone looking for a notary. When I responded she just stated that I needed to walk to the last desk. She wouldn’t even give a halfhearted smile. Nothing. At least she wasn’t rude like the first person I encountered. Maybe morale is bad at this branch. Regardless, choose somewhere else if you can. This place feels like the DMV or some other government building. This was the worst experience I’ve had in a bank in a long time. I’d rather travel an extra ten minutes than go back to this bank. I walked in with a smile and left with a frown.

Patricia McDow Pear1This has to be the worst bank in America! Customer service as mentioned by other is extremely poor. My mother has dementia (a disorder they don’t seem to be familiar with) however I have POA (the same POA which was honored by her other banks), they made me go back to reprint the form because the date on the bottom of form was not the current year. I reprinted the current form had it signed and brought it in. After weeks and no response I went back to the branch now they wanted to see my mother. I took her out of the nursing home in a wheelchair to the bank; it is crystal clear that there is something wrong with my mother’s Cognitive ability, however this did not satisfy them. They then requested a notarized letter from the doctor. One the letter was signed and notarized I took the letter back to the bank. I waited several weeks again for their “legal” department to give them an answering. Then I was told that they called the doctor but the doctor has not yet returned their call!!! I as why they wanted to verify the letter, as a notary myself I explained it is against the law to falsify a legal document. Also, as far as I know doctors are assigned to nursing home they are there on call or on certain days they are there to do general rounds. I explain that to the bank staff who was unaware. She assured me she will call me by the end of the week. A month later no call, so I called the bank the person who is working on my issue had death in the family I will have to call back. Meanwhile the nursing home is looking to get paid. I can’t believe this.

CHRISTOPHER GRIFFITH1I went to this bank on 4/23/2019 around 5:15pm to start a business account. the lady at the desk did not introduce herself just gave me a blank stare. I explained to her that I wanted to open a business account I asked her what I would need. She leaned back in her seat like she was the boss of all bosses she got up and went to get ask what doc I needed to her coworker. Her co-worker was yelling out is it a Corp or LLC about three times, so I answered LLC. The women came back to the desk with a checklist of items I needed and began to read them off. I asked her if I can have the checklist and she said no we don’t give that out. I asked her is this information online and she said she does not have access to that…..I found that to be odd because she was sitting in front of a computer. Customer service her sucks poor attitudes, no motivation to help the customer. They made me feel like I was a problem because I came to the bank.
