Original 2 Star Review - Hour wait to see a teller, it seems that it doesn’t matter when you go. Yes, loans are easy and the employees are respectful and helpful, like some other reviewers have stated. But I dread having the make withdrawals and have stopped using the debit card (I use a a different bank instead). I actually heard people yesterday complaining about this while they waited to see a teller; they mentioned taking their money elsewhere. I want to support a credit union, but they have to try harder to keep up with the times and the needs of their customers. Seems they are very understaffed. Not many ATMs or branches around. Debit card just now has chip. Before, it didn’t have a chip and the numbers aren’t raised on the card; people would think my debit card was a gift card. I have had fraud on my account several times over the years. 3 Star Review 2/2019 - I went on one of their late weekday evenings and it was smooth and quick! I was in and out (for withdrawal with the teller), which has never been my experience; perhaps, there is a weeknight vs weekend difference in wait time. Whatever the case may be, this experience left me feeling hopeful! And this specific site does have plentiful parking. Now, I just need to see if their debit card gets a good enough upgrade. Down to 1 Star Review 5/2019 - I am officially frustrated and done. So many others have left this bank for much less. This time, the problem is that I continue to get locked out of my app / online banking even though I am using the correct password! Plus, it is not easy to send money outside the bank, like using Zelle, etc (which is how I need to pay my rent). Considering all frustrations throughout the past few years, I do not find that MCU is convenient and easy to use.

Always packed because the staff there will see you on line and just walk away from the counter. But it much better than taking the number like before and setting down. Because staff will just let you sit there. Needs better management and customer service. Staff act like they are doing you a favor when you go there they don’t seem to understand that your money is in that bank and with out all the members there might not be a MCU.

I wish I could give this place negative stars because it’s what they really deserve. If you thought it was bad before the pandemic wait until you try and go there now. I have never seen a more unorganized ridiculous organization then this. NEVER use them, it’s not worth the aggravation. You will never be able to contact someone on the phone and now you can’t go to the branch without an appointment. Save yourself the stress and aggravation and never use them. EVER!

All MCU branches are horrible, but this by far is the WORST! If you can, don’t deal with this banking company, go to TD, Chase etc... Don’t believe me, try calling MCU for assistance. Always a wait time of 10 or more minutes. Last time I called, they gave me a wait time of 58 minutes!!?? So, GOOD LUCK!

This particular location is always crowded, the lines are always super long. This location is way too small and understaffed for the crowd it attracts. Especially on a Saturday. Staff seems to be pretty decent and helpful. However the atms almost never work, especially the drive thru ones. MCU in general id give 1 star, only because I get my direct deposit 2 days early. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced with any bank. Try not to call them..EVER! The reps are rude and obnoxious, condescending to say the least. You have to always prepare to be attacked and reprimanded and fight back because that's exactly what they do. Capital One and Wells Fargo have them beat by far. I cant see what the benefits are banking here, they have one location every 500 miles. ridiculous. They need a consultant to come in an do an internal review, because their missing a few key components to keeping customers happy

Their customer service is really poor. You try calling them fir a simple answer and am left in hold for over 1hr. There in bank appointments doesn’t start till 12:30p and when you get there you still have to wait. Horrible experience would not recommend

This location is the worst experience. I dread having to make a withdrawal. It's worst than the DMV. I have to wait 45 mins just to see a teller. Credit cards and loans are very easy. But the in person experience is exhausting. There needs to be at least 10 more locations for a credit union that caters to city workers. There's a Chase around every corner, but a NYC workers bank, there's 2 in the Bronx. On top of the fact that they mostly close at 4. What city worker you know has a schedule that allows them to get to one of these 2 locations before 4. It's a very backwards system. I hope something happens to better this system.

Worse branch ever!!! Only 1 drive through ATM working and Only 1 regular ATM working. The line to get inside the bank is ridiculous! Not organized AT ALL! They need to be ASHAMED of themselves! The line is by the stop n shop! HORRIBLE!!!!!

THE WORST!!!! Either the ATM is not dispensing cash, or accepting payments/deposits or it doesn't work at all!!! And let's not talk about the "new" system that they have at the ATM that you cannot navigate easily....it's ridiculous...SMH
