  They hold your money for 30days when you deposit a check especially if it from a corporate located in another state; Therefore if you decide to close account you can’t because your money from the check isn’t available to be used or withdrawn. Again you have to wait complete the 30 days if you do use debit card to pay anything before those 30 days they will charge you $35,00 for insufficient funds every time you try to used it . I DON’T RECOMMEND IT .

  Worst bank ever. Service is consistently slow and the staff is not well trained and there processes are out of date at all locations (we have tried different ones). Every trip there requires 45 minutes to an hour to get your own money out of your own account. They act like your a criminal when you want to make a withdrawal. NEWS FLASH-Your a bank to hold customers money. IT'S NOT YOUR MONEY!

  Very Friendly staff, probably one of the best banks on LI. They also always have the best cd rates for brick and mortar.

  Really terrible customer service, went here to open a bank account for my business and even though I had all the paperwork necessary they refused to be of any assistance. They also claimed it would take up to ten days to open an account. Ten days, it's 2016 no account banking, insurance, healthcare, or otherwise takes ten days to open. I ended up going to Capital One where they treated me like they wanted my business and accepted the exact same paperwork that was denied by the bankers at this branch.

  I find no problems at all. My children and I all have accounts at this branch. The branch manager in particular is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help.

  I have my business account here, love this place. I never have to wait. In and out in no time.
