  Frank helped and guided us through the whole process and just when we thought it would not work out, he made it possible and pulled us through the process. He was very polite and professional, although we had an unpleasant experience at closing in the office, he apolozied immediately for that incident. Overall experience was excellent, especially during this pandemic. I would recommend midisland mortgage for your next home purchase!

  I had an extremely pleasant experience with Mid-Island and Stephanie. From the first contact to the closing, the refinancing went so smooth. Stephanie was right there to answer any and all questions. She also was very helpful in providing me with status updates from the underwriters. I have never had an easier time with refinancing my mortgage. I would not hesitate to recommend this mortgage company.

  Communication was excellent and the staff was courteous and so helpful . Originally posted 4 years ago. I have recently refinanced with Shawn and his team at Mid Island and it’s been a great experience once again. Communication was top notch and they explained everything every step of the way.   Our mortgage was handled through Mid-Island via a partnership with my wife's teachers' union, and the whole team treated us fantastically from beginning to end. Even when a clerical error resulted in a small hiccup, Shawn and MaryLou were immediately on top of the situation. Great rate, great fees, incomparable service!

  I’ve had a wonderful experience with Mid Island Mortgage. I’ve refinanced with them twice, and the process has always been simple, easy to understand and quick. Great staff members that are always available. I highly recommend them.

  Peter did a great job getting the lowest cost mortgage. I feel like he was a borrower advocate for me. FYI, I've had three transactions with Mid-island and they service the loans as well. I've had a positive experience over the last 12 years.

  Stephanie Santoro is by far the sweetest, most patient and understanding person that I have ever worked with. In Just a few months Stephanie and the staff at mid-island was able to do what no other bank was able to do for me. I can’t Thank them enough for giving my new family a home. Stephanie Held my hand through this entire process. She was very responsive and worked extremely hard and diligently to get me through it all. I would not think twice about recommending anyone this company. It was a bumpy road but they were able to Pull through and at the end of the day that is the most important thing. The process is not easy at all but having a wonderful loan officer makes it a million times better. I am overjoyed that I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie.
