  We refinanced our home with Chad Heyrman at Antler Home Mortgage. We had been quoted a rate from a bank that we have worked with a number of times, and historically they have blown everyone else's rate out of the water. But, I liked Chad and wanted to give him a shot at the business. Boy were we surprised with the result! Chad beat their rate, but even better still the experience was top notch from start to finish (almost never does cheapest also mean best). Chad took the time to understand our situation, and he timed the closing in a way that we could skip a monthly house payment, which is something we personally needed. Bottom line, Chad at Antler won our business from a bank we had a relationship with, which speaks volumes. What's more...he would get it again. Repeat customers are the best compliment, but since we don't refinance or buy homes every day, the best way we can thank him is to send some business his way. We will most certainly do that whenever we can.
