  The employees of this branch of Midcountry Bank are the most helpful, kind, polite, courteous friendly and sincere people I have ever met. To bank here is like an addition to your family. I would not bank anywhere else.

  Wonderful banking, Been with them you years, even before they were Midcountry. Wonderful teller named Katie. A true old style customer service bank. I can call and talk to a person, unlike so many other business in general now days. I wish ALL business would go back to this style of customer care.

  One of the best banks around. Katie is by far the most helpful banker. She always goes out of her way to help me, explain things to me, and make sure I'm always in good hands. When Katie isn't working then Liz or Barb are your go to woman. Never been disappointed with this bank once. Ever since making the switch years ago, I wouldn't bank anywhere else.

  Everyone there at Waconia is awesome!!! Been using this bank for about 6 years and have never had any issues. Communication is amazing and they respond quick if you send a message or leave a voicemail outside hours!! :)

  Katie at the Waconia location has helped me open NUMEROUS accounts between savings, personal, my new business account and now my son banks there! Katie has been very helpful and kind and knowledgeable!

  Midcountry bank is the best by far. Katie is wonderful, and so helpful. She goes over and above to be most helpful. She will always take the time to explain and offer the solution I need.

  If you are looking for the feeling of friendliness in a small town bank - this is it. Everyone knows your name and they are willing to accomodate your banking needs. You can drive up and be on your way quickly or spend some time inside and trade a little small talk. In either case, you have a full service facility right in your home town. Can't beat that!
