  Very poor communication and constant lack of attention to detail, meant they repeatedly ask us the questions over and over. Not to mention the utter disorganized manner in working out our refi. They were unable to put together a cohesive closing disclosure without inaccurate figures. I’d strongly suggest to refi with a company that prioritized refi loans the same as new purchase loans.

  Horrible company. The lack of communication is ridiculous. They sold my loan 2 days before my closing date and left me in limbo for the forseeable future. Do not purchase a home with this company or you value your patience money and time.
