  Just have to share my amazing experience at this branch. Every time I'm in I an greeted by really kind and energetic staff. I had an issue with an authorized charge and Suzette was so helpful and patiently answered all my questions. My issue was resolved right away and I feel confident in my decision to open my account here.

  LOVE THIS BRANCH!!! Suzette is AMAZING and really goes out of her way to save you money!! I refinanced 2 vehicles and not only did my payments go down drastically, money was put in my account for just financing with them!! She is my HERO!! THANK YOU Suzette 💕

  2 years ago I called Fairwinds to inquire about loans and the Gentleman back then gave me a 30 minute financial education class that brought me to today with an excellent credit score and amazing rates. Suzzette at the Winter Park Branch was simply the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am extremely happy with Fairwinds and look forward to a long lasting relationship. Word of advice: have all your documents ready and the process will be a breeze.....

  I give 5 starts to Suzzette Bruce at the Winter Park location for helping me refinance my auto loan. Suzzette was caring and informative with every detail of my loan. This is the second auto loan Suzzette has help me with . Her skills , her costumer service are great .Thank you again Suzzette your awesome!!!!!!!!

  I have been a member with Fairwinds for over 20 years. My son recently applied for his 1st individual auto loan. Suzzette was his member service specialist and she was fantastic. Suzzette was very helpful and walked him thru the whole process. She answered all his questions and got everything handled quickly and professionally.   I cannot commend Suzette B at the N Orlando Ave branch enough with her assistance with a new car loan. Buying a car is stressful enough, but doing so in this market on short notice and during the holidays with a co-purchaser in another state made it even more difficult to get everything aligned. Suzette was extremely patient in helping us navigate the process. I will definitely be reaching out to Suzette and Fairwinds for my next loan.

  Fairwinds Credit Union has some of the best CD interest rates and, while I miss the now-closed College Park location, their Winter Park branch (off 17-92 near Lee Road) is convenient too. Also recommend online banking with Fairwinds: easy-to-use site that's nicely laid out - saves me some driving trips to the credit union!
