  Dave, Josh and the whole team were wonderful to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. They were supportive throughout the whole process and they served us with honesty and integrity. We worked with them for a year while we had a contract for a house being built and they made the process so easy for financing and they took the time to hear our concerns and made us feel valued. If you want to work with a company that treats your like family then you definitely want to work with them.

  Josh and his team were great to work with. They made the refinance process easy with minimal stress. He kept us up to date and went over different options that were available.   Overall my experience with AnnieMac was good. They offer very competitive loans and their teams are well versed in the loan process. The reason for 4 stars, instead of 5 stars was that the appraisal process took longer than expected. The appraisal process has little to do with AnnieMac; however there appeared to be large communication gaps between the appraiser, appraisal agency, and AnnieMac. AnnieMac could probably of helped a little more to close these communication gaps; however, my overall experience with them was a good one.

  Single, unmarried woman/mom here, at least that’s what my mortgage paperwork says. For every woman who’s had a dream of owning her own home, nothing is impossible. I bought my home privately, during a pandemic and during the worst housing market in the history of this country. None of my dreams would have become reality without the help of Tammy Cote and AnnieMac. I highly recommend!
