  Wow! I think Angela may be asleep at the desk. We have an active claim going about our roof in Derby. Roof has been totaled out at least four times over for each of two claims by four different reputable local roofing companies. The adjuster will not call our roofing company back to meet nor talk. We then asked for the grievance department and the adjuster told me on the phone that "he was the grievance department! Yes he mocked us. Mocked us! If you want to insure your property and not flush your money down a toilet, I would suggest someone else. She has been completely absent in the whole ordeal. Only her office staff offered the minimal support within their power that they could offer. We now will have to take them to court. Over a roof that should have been totaled like everyone else's was in our neighborhood during the storm.

  I love how they treat you like long time friends or even family. We've been working with State Farm a long time and don't plan on switching soon.
