  I went through 8 lenders within a year and no one could get me approved for the money Eddie did. Within the first 5 minutes of having my credit report he was able to tell me the issues I was having and why I couldn't get approved for more than 240K. None of the other companies or credit unions I tried to get money with could tell me the things Edie did in all of 5 minutes. Would absolutely recommend using ANE Lending, especially if you are having issues getting financing like I was.

  Eddie and his team provided me with excellent service! I had a unique real estate property and tried to find lending with reasonable terms but was unable to with other brokers. I was referred to Eddie and he quickly found a lender that provided terms I was looking for. He's very knowledgeable, explain concepts well, and he's a genuinely nice guy. His team is equally skillful, professional, and personable. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and how they went above and beyond to provide me with lending solutions.

  There really isnt enough I can say about this guy. He is top notch and knows how to get it done. Allen helped my wife and I with our original home purchase and we were so happy with the experience that 2 years later we called upon him to get us refinanced. Overall he is a great guy with alot of great personality but beyond that he is really great at what he does. He has alot of experience and that shines throughout the whole process. If we could give more than 5 stars for Allen we would. We wont go anywhere else with any of our future plans. Thanks Allen and we pray that everyone can get the chance to realize how great of an experience it is dealing with you vs. the other guy!!!   I can't say enough great thing about Eddie Hilliard and the team at ANE Lending. Eddie is a workaholic! You have a question, just ask and he'll answer. Now you might not like his answer, but he always has you back and your best interest! I am a repeat customer, so I know what I'm talking about! Get with Eddie!

  Eddie was there all the way through on the drop of a dime whenever I called..... which was excessive in my eyes. He was always on spot and professional through the end. I even reached out months after the fact with questions and he was still there. Highly recommended.
