  Wanted to share my great experience with the Kernan branch. I was shopping for a large boat loan and the process had been a nightmare until I stopped in to this branch. Benjamin was great getting my loan approved and getting me over to the large boat loan team where Alyssa handled getting my loan to closing. They were able to get me approved quickly and even beat the rate offered by another bank. Thanks team for your assistance.

  I needed a semi-unique favor and Shayna Berlin was amazing. Kind and helpful, she did what she could do to help me with my situation. She was a treat to deal with on the phone and over email. Dealing with banks can be a nightmare but VyStar customer service has always been easy to deal with and Shayna stood out among an already excellent operation!

  I called every branch in town and was unable to get a hold of someone. Once i called this location I finally received some help. Benjamin answered every question I had. He was consistent, informative, and personable. He helped me reach the the goal I was seeking. I have been a member with Vystar since i was 15 years old. Never have i received such outstanding customer service. Benjamin, thank you once again for your help.

  Shayna Berlin and Fazila mirajudden helped me apply and get approved for my vystar credit card. There customer service was excepcional in the way they handled my account. I will be returning to them for all my future banking needs.

  I really recommend this location . Specially Juan Lagos he brought a high quality customer services to my father in law and me . He took the time for explain every detail about our refinance cars and answer all our questions . Highly recommended.

  excellent attention, very friendly staff in this bank office I was attended by Mr. Juan Antonio is very professional and very diligent. He speaks Spanish and English, he provides good information on the products and alternatives that Vystar offers, a very good experience, I recommend visiting.

  I'm a Vystar member for about a decade, now. All I needed today was a notary. Walked in (masks optional if fully vaxxed the sign says) and got in the teller line. When my turn came, Phoenyx notarized my documents after verifying my ID and I was on my merry way. Wednesday afternoon and I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes, tops. A+ Vystar, thanks to Phoenyx! Lobby was clean and open air feeling. Edit~ It is true that I couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone when I called prior to arriving, but I didn't let that discourage me and all was well in person.
