  Overall a good experience so far on the business accounts side especially. The people and manager at this branch are fantastic and go above and beyond for our needs; great customer service. I will say though, that BOA should assess their check hold policy for new business customers in particular who need fast daily access to funds for day to day business operations. This policy might make sense for personal accounts, but it is simply not feasible for business, especially small business where cash flow is king. (I understand this is not "just" for this branch; this is feedback for their corporate office.)

  The service was great! I just moved to this area and had to change to local bank. I came to open a new business account and Jasmine did a great job explaining everything and helping me! The second time i had to come in to the branch to resolve some questions i had on my account, due to my work I arrived 5 minutes right before the bank were closing, and she (Jasmine) didn't care about the time and helped me, (i left the branch 45 minutes after it was closed). Plus i had my loud kids with me and everyone was fine with that. Thank you very much Jasmine for taking extra time and for wonderful job!

  There is no sense of urgency in this branch. No communication to customers waiting in line and always one or two tellers on a line full of 20 people. Also, the drive through ATM is always broken and its hard to get things done on this location. This branch is just as worst as the Starbucks location on Atlantic and Hodges. They might be managed by the same people 😂 anyway, please improve your customer service bank of america.

  This is by far one of the worst branches in the city, for one they're definitely need to work on their customer service skills , very unprofessional. I am a business owner and I come here and cash checks pretty regularly and no matter when I come there is always some sort of issue. mainly because I do not bank with them anymore . I came here this morning to cash a check under $5,000 and was told the money would have to be ordered because they only have enough for their members, I've never heard of such BS before in my life I will never return to this branch.

  Beware! Don’t bank here. Teller named Chelsea is rude sarcastic and don’t have good customer service. Wanted to talk to the manager about her tellers attitude and the manager would not come out. So I left and now leaving this review. If your going to work with people you shouldn’t have an attitude or be sarcastic. Also you should not laugh at the situation either.

  On 05/09/17 I went to BOA located on 13756 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Fl, 32224 for a Signature Guarantee in order to transfer funds from an IRA account to other IRA account. I was referred to a Merrill Lynch representative - Jules Abbash. Arrogant, lack of professionalism, non courteous. Of course my request was denied because I have no account with Merrill Lynch. Unfair and discriminatory. I obtain the Signature Guarantee from VyStar in less then 15 minutes. I am doing business with BOA since 2002 since I moved to Florida and this was the worst experience I had with a bank. A company is as good its employees. I filled up a complain with a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and I encourage everyyone unhappy with the way BOA conduct its business and treats customers. to write a review and to fill up a complain. This is the only way for us "little people" to fix broken thinks. By the way those two employees working on the counter were nice and hard-working and I have nothing to blame them for, but they need help.

  Staff inside is always great.... however I use this for the ATM mostly and the first Drive up ATM is always broken for making cash deposits and has a slightly different touchscreen interface. Card being inserted is a manual push in pull out the card. Wish they would fix or replace it. : ( Use the second ATM further from the building.

  GREAT STAFF !!!!! It's always a great experience walking into this branch. Great job to the managers !!!! Also there is an agent there names Vera who is SUPER professional and very helpful. She always has made time for me no matter what ! I am very thankful for the customer service there ! Five star ! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

  This is a great store great service. I dont care what anyone says there may only be a few tellers but they take care of there customers very good. Great managers as well. Paul and Derik are awesome. Gina is always rocking as the teller.
