  After working with Andy through the entire home buying process, I would never recommend him to any one looking for a lender. He was unprofessional, untimely, and sneaky. He was not upfront about the details of our loan. The initial paperwork that was sent to us had tons of errors in it and after telling him what the errors were - he sent us back paperwork that still had the same errors in it. He will not call you back when you ask him to. Do not trust this man. Terrible all the way around. We should have trusted our instincts from the beginning and went with a different lender.

  Andy and his team are AWESOME! They got me pre-approved to write an offer on a home within 45 minutes and we only had a 2 hour timeline before the sellers were cutting off all offers. Because the seller knew Andy's team and NFM Lending, they actually accepted our offer even though we weren't the highest offer! Our realtor kept talking about the importance of using a local lending company and now we see why! Our previous lender wasn't available today (Saturday) and didn't answer any of our calls or text messages to assist. If we hadn't switched to Andy, who also had better programs and rates, we wouldn't be in contract on the house of our dreams. Thank you Beigel Team - you guys rock!

  One of the worst home buying experience I've ever had. I was told one thing but they didn't follow through. If you're a veteran stay far away from NFM as possible if not they will cost you money guaranteed.If you don't want a head ache buying a house then don't use NFM.

  I had the best experience with Andy and the rest of the NFM team. This is my third time getting a new mortgage so I know the process well. The tools Andy used throughout the process are the best, much better than banks and other brokers. Andy presented the different financing options in 'Mortgage Coach', an awesome tool to compare different loan terms. His communication is very flexible, I can text him or call him with questions. I already recommended him to my family looking for refinance.

  I am a first time home buyer with a lot of questions. Andy and his team have been extremely responsive and go out of their way to make sure all my questions are answered. They have been great to work with. I thought I would only be approved for an FHA loan and they helped me quickly qualify for a conventional loan and get down payment assistance. If it was not for them my offer never would have been chosen. They go above and beyond to get everything done quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a lender that is reliable and fun to work with.
