  We refinanced with NFM recently & worked with Tabatha Burton as our loan officer. During the process, she told me I would pay for the home appraisal upfront, but that when we closed, I would be refunded for the appraisal. We closed at the end of June, by mid July I hadn’t received anything so reached out to her to check the status. She informed me the refund would be coming from the appraisal company. So I guess it was up to me to reach out to them. I called the appraisal company, she was very nice and said yes she can see where they received my payment, but the refund should come from NFM if that’s the agreement we had. So I tried reaching out to Tabby again, unfortunately she just quit responding to me which is extremely unprofessional and I feel that I was completely misled by her. So I reached out to the only other person we worked with through NFM explaining the situation to her. She was very nice/helpful with trying to help me but it really wasn’t her problem to fix. She passed the issue along to management and was told they would reach out to me via phone call. It’s been over a week and I haven’t received any phone calls. I’m really disappointed with the entire situation. It’s not right to promise false things and then just cut off contact now that we’ve closed. I will never recommend NFM lending to anyone.

  I have been working with NFM Lending for over 2years, First for the purchase of our home a few years ago and now for re-financing and consulting- Daniel Sa's team is phenomenal to work. This time around I have been working with Ryan Cochran; who by far exceeded my expectations. He has been extremely resourceful and informative. The level of professionalism and commitment he has displayed make working with them a wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Working with Andy and the NFM team has been great throughout the whole home buying process. Andy has been so helpful and thorough, showing us our options and making sure we understand everything since this is our first home.   The seller of my home wanted to close quickly. I was scared that we wouldn't make the deadline. I talked to Andy Beigel and he not only assured me that he and his team would do everything they could to help us meet the deadline he also made sure that I was educated about the entire loan process.   I have so many positive things to say about NFM Lending at the Easton office in Columbus, Ohio and the homebuying process. From the first person we talked to until the last, they exhibited professionalism and kindness. Every single one has a positive attitude and truly seemed as though they care and enjoy their jobs. They were always willing to answer my MANY questions and help explain things that didn’t make sense. I was never made to feel inferior for not knowing certain things. They praised my husband and I for being nurses and helped us find programs that we were qualified for. They honestly made this process so much easier than I ever feared it to be. They displayed great teamwork. Ben, Ryun, and Danny were wonderful from the start. Ben helped me gain trust in their company and Ryun was a LARGE part of why our offer was chosen over the others. He was a major advocate for us and we are forever grateful. We were preapproved so quickly and could get the process started fast. Jessica was so helpful explaining what happened after the offer was accepted and never hesitated to answer my questions no matter how many. I felt like I was kept informed. The whole Daniel Sa team really deserves all the credit that could possibly come their way. They were suggested to me through a friend who had success with them and I was not the least bit disappointed. Thanks for making our dreams of owning a home a reality! Everyone should allow them to do the same for you!
