Victoria Wynder5My brother had a seizure at this bank today. He was by himself, walked up to the teller, and passed out. He could have died, but thanks to their quick thinking employees, his life was saved. So no, this isn’t a review regarding the bank itself. I can’t tell you how they handle transactions, deposits, or anything like that. What I can tell you, is this bank is full of wonderful people who actually CARES for whoever walks through their doors. My brother is alive because of them. My family and I are forever grateful for all of you!!!

Maureen Smith Hartman5Many years ago, I had a military client who was leaving the area and decided to rent their home ~ They had an account with Andrews Federal Credit Union. They left for Hawaii before we found a tenant so I went to Andrews FCU to pay the rent for the new tenants. Everyone was so friendly, I decided I would start banking with Andrews. I have a wonderful relationship with Wanda at the Mt. Laurel branch. On Friday, May 15th, 2020 - Wanda saved the day for a settlement scheduled for 9:00. The title company, somehow lost the buyers cashiers check of $2000.00. I immediately called Wanda to see what she could do. Without a second thought, she said have the buyer come to the branch ~ I will put a stop payment on the check, issue him a new cashiers check and the $2000.00 that was lost will be put into his account by the end of the day. I called the buyer and said go back to Andrews ~ Wanda has it figured out. Needless to say when he drove up, other than give his name everything was taken care of ~ he was stunned. When I say Wanda saved the day ~ I truly mean it. Thank you Wanda ~ Andrews FCU should be thrilled to have her on their team ~ she is an asset. Maureen Smith-Hartman

Richard Spotts5Never too busy, always a positive experience, tellers, loan officers, etc all seem genuinely happy to work there. I've been with Andrews over 20 years and this branch, while relatively new, is as good as or better than any other.

JALO JALO5Great service. Ms. Wanda is Amazing. I definitely recommend this credit Union. They really care. They have a better variety of products. They are better than Navy Federal.

miguel soto1customer service over the phone is unbelievably slow, i waited an entire hour before giving up and hanging up with lost hope that anyone would ever answer the phone. I called back shortly just wanting to talk to a customer service representative and still had me on hold over an hour with nobody ever answering the phone. this is ridiculous!
