  My boss at the time, had referred Andrew to me when I was ready to buy my first home. I was worried that I would not qualify for a loan because I had talked to my dad's lender and the outlook was not positive due to my student loan issues and low credit scores at the time. I called Andrew, with no positive expectations regarding my hopes to buying my first home. However, he was a miracle worker. He counseled me on what I had to do to get my scores up and only in a couple of months and literally 6 months later escrow was closed on my first house. The whole experience was so awesome and pain free that I decided to pursue a real estate career and passed my rea estate exam last month. Andrew even took time out of his busy schedule to train me on financing and appraisals to help prepare me for my real estate exam. I will be using Andrew as my preferred lender when I begin working as a real estate salesperson.

  Well what can I say? Andrew is a true professional and he speaks VA loans fluently! I was a first time home buyer with some financial issues and Andrew made this home happen. I knew he was the right guy right off the bat when he started giving me answers to questions I didn't even know I was supposed to ask. His office is staffed with some truly wonderful people. Sandra is a true star. All of them made the whole thing very comfortable and simple. They handled my anxiety well and I have no misgivings about the whole process. You know how you sometimes feel after spending a few $10k on a car hoping you didn't get screwed? I felt none of that after spending a few $100k on a house. Fiduciary Responsibility is a real thing. "Fiduciary. An individual in whom another has placed the utmost trust and confidence to manage and protect property or money. The relationship wherein one person has an obligation to act for another's benefit." Andrew Andreasen is the poster child for Fiduciary Responsibility. Andrew is a family man, an animal advocate and a Marine. Yep! I'm a fan.

  Andrew helped us get our first home just recently. I was very p[leased with his service. He knows the loan process step by step and will make sure you understand everything and very responsive with calls/text/emails when ever we had questions. Before him we were with a loan officer who was making the whole process a complete nightmare, it shouldn't be that way. I highly recommend andrew. Also knows how to work with VA loans.

  I am a home owner that did not work personally with this company but the buyers of our house have. They have turned what was supposed to be a 45 day escrow into over 70 days with no end in sight. Please Please please, if you are a seller be wary of your buyers tell you this is the finance company they are going through!! There is a lot of mishandling of paperwork and no consideration for what the seller is having to put up with just to try and get a home sold!!

I do not believe you know the real story and I would love to share it with you but consumer privacy laws preclude me discussing the intricacies of the transaction and to discuss the details you’ve highlighted would violate my client’s personal rights. Every loan transaction is unique as to the borrower, property and the participants involved in the transaction. For example dealing with the assumption of solar contracts can be frustrating. We would never purposely withhold documents. Also I am saddened that you felt it necessary to broadcast health issues during such a difficult time.
