  I am a seller and this lender gave a clear to close notice and on the day of close they denied the loan because they said the numbers they approved just days before no longer worked. They refused to talk to the sellers side and said the attorneys needed to handle it. The buyer lost out on upfront monies and the seller was left in the lurch. Poor skills

  There seemed to be a slight disconnect with communication at times, but we always worked things out. It was obvious that Gary was working towards what was best for us, making changes and giving advice when necessary. I would definitely recommend Gary to future clients in need.
